In 10 sessions you will feel the difference.  In 20, you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body.

Class Descriptions

Group Mat Classes
Mat classes are open to all levels of fitness.  No machines are involved, so resistance is created using your own body and small equipment such as therabands, fitness circles and toning balls.

Group Reformer Classes
The reformer works your entire body without putting stress on your joints.  It challenges your body with resistance springs and straps that help stretch the body.

Ball Class
Ball class is our most intense Pilates mat workout.  Incorporating use of the Swedish stability ball and 2 - 3 pound toning balls, this workout challenges balance and ups the intensity like no other class you've taken before.

Stretch Class
Stretch class at East Street Pilates begins with a full-body 15 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping and the muscles ready for deep stretching.  We flow immediately into 40 minutes of both self-stretching and assisted deep stretching, respecting your body’s limits while working towards increased flexibility.  Stretching the muscles is an integral part of achieving the long, lean look that Pilates is famous for.  This class is a great opportunity to check in with your body on a weekly basis and is an excellent complement to your Pilates practice.

Privates
A private session allows you to work one-on-one with an instructor who will design and implement a workout specific to your needs and physical goals.  Private sessions include work on the mat, reformer and/or stability chair.

Semi-Privates
Semi-privates are designed to let two people of similar physical fitness levels work out together, sharing the attention of one instructor and the cost of the class.

It is strongly recommended that new clients take a private class to begin their practice before joining a class.
