Vanessa Renzi

Hello! My name is Vanessa Renzi. I was born and raised in Michigan, and completed my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan. Throughout my life, participating in sports has shaped my complete devotion to exercise and healthy living. I suffered a shoulder injury in 2002 from a rollerblading accident, and sought out Pilates hoping it would rehabilitate my body and ease the constant pain I was suffering from. Pilates helped me develop a stronger body and alleviated much of my pain; I have been an addict ever since. After spending over 10 years in the construction business, I have decided to follow my true passion of Pilates. I have a desire to help people shape their bodies and attain longevity through the Pilates program. I am classically certified through The United States Pilates Association's New York Pilates Studio. I believe in cross-training the body to achieve both overall endurance and full body strength. I believe exercise and healthy living should be fun and ultimately rewarding. I am excited to share my passion with you and show you how Pilates can change your body and mind! |
